Carolyn Pool

Program Coordinator - Youth Engagement

Carolyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Purdue University. Previously, she worked at The Villages of Indiana as a case manager, providing direct support to youth in foster care as well as the families they were placed with. The past two years working with the agency, she facilitated Resource Adoptive Parent Training for incoming applicants and assessed families for foster care licensure. Prior to this position, Carolyn worked with youth in a residential treatment facility as a Youth Development Worker. Her passion within social work is centered around the underserved populations within our community and she is excited to continue advocating and supporting Indiana’s teen and young adults in this position.

Outside of work, you can usually find her at the yoga studio, visiting local restaurants, or spending time with her family.
