Empowering Young People to Self-Sufficiency
Foster Success is the only Indiana nonprofit organization that supports young adults transitioning out of the state’s foster care system.
Our programs and our people empower each young person to create their own journey to self-sufficiency and stability. Foster Success provides support through programs and resources that allow young adults to be educated, housed, financially stable, employed, and connected to a support system by their 26th birthday. Through our inclusive work, young adults can thrive and be active participants within their community.

You are not alone.
Foster Success staff works with hundreds of teens and young adults each year to help them build their network of support.

Connect.
Foster Success provides a connection to people, programs, services, and resources throughout Indiana and across the country. Many opportunities exist to connect with other young people with lived experiences in foster care.

Access.
You are provided access to programs to achieve your goals. Additionally, you will have access to Foster Success’s staff, who will guide you towards your short and long-term goals.

Support.
This is your journey, not ours. You will be supported by Foster Success in your personal journey in obtaining your goals. You will connect with others who will remain a support system to you throughout your life.

Lead.
Foster Success provides opportunities to grow your leadership skills through programs, advocating for policy and practice, participating in various local and state working groups to increase your voice and the voices of your peers with lived experience.
Foster Success is the only state-wide organization doing this work.
We invite you to join us in being part of a support system to our young people by creating a more stable, empowering, and supportive environment.
