Educational Success
Dorm Funding
The Department of Child Services will offer continuing support and services to young adults whose goals include continuing their education while living on campus at one of the many public/private colleges/universities throughout the state. Young adults who choose to live in a dorm setting will receive room and board support from DCS via the college dorm program.
Foster Success administers the funds for this program.

Education & Training Voucher (ETV) Indiana
The ETV program helps teens and young adults go to college or complete a training program.
Dorm Funding
Students in a university or college and currently in Collaborative Care (CC) are eligible for housing per diem.
College Student Support
Foster Success provides assistance and support to help college students reach their goals.
Catalyst Summer Bridge
The Catalyst Summer Bridge Program is a six-week experience for those who have experienced foster care to explore college life and earn college credit!
Pathways
