Workforce Readiness
Foster Success has developed the Workforce Readiness program to ensure that teens and young adults aging out of foster care have a clear and supportive path to good and promising jobs.
This program depends on partnerships with nonprofit organizations, national foster youth organizations, Indiana workforce leaders, and corporate partners to provide:
- The nationally-recognized Works Wonders® Workforce Readiness curriculum
- Quality career coaching to help build employability skills
- Financial support to address transportation challenges and other barriers to workforce success
- Workforce credentialing to help young professionals gain access to higher paying jobs
- Resources and tools for employers to help them support young professionals in the workplace
