Tiffany Powell

Tiffany Powell joined the Foster Success team in January 2021 as Assistant Director of Outreach and Engagement. In this role, she will work with our students functioning as the bridge between high school completion and the successful transition into college life. She started her career in higher education admissions and college readiness/preparedness in 2001, serving in both the higher education and not-for-profit communities. With this wealth of experience, we are confident she will serve as a wonderful asset to Foster Success and those we serve.

What is her mission? It’s simple. She wants to help youth, regardless of their background, envision their future and career aspirations. All while encouraging them to pursue some form of post-secondary education and gain a better understanding on how education can them achieve their goals.

Tiffany is a graduate of Ball State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a minor in Speech Communications. In addition to working at Foster Success, Tiffany is involved with the Indiana Association of College Admission Counseling (INACAC), the Indianapolis Great Banquet community, she is a member of Light of the World Christian Church and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
