Jarod Wilson, MS.Ed.

Jarod Wilson joined the Foster Success team in August 2021 as the Senior Director of Education and Workforce Readiness. In this role, he will focus on helping to bridge the gap between education and workforce readiness so that those who have experienced foster care, obtain the skills, credentials, and experiences they need to reach their education and employment goals.

Prior to his current role, Jarod served as the Director of Postsecondary Outreach and Career Transitions at the Indiana Commission for Higher Education. He brings nearly 15 years of work experience in higher education, nonprofit, and government sectors. He holds an MS Ed. in Higher Education and Students Affairs from Indiana University and a BA in International Studies from Butler University.

Jarod has served on the board of multiple nonprofits and organizations and believes in the transformative power that individuals can have in the lives of their neighbors and in their community.
