Hannah Swogger

Hannah Swogger serves as Assistant Director of Program Delivery at Foster Success, a role that sparks her passions for youth career empowerment and equitable hiring processes.

Hannah has over a decade of experience, focused primarily in career development and nonprofit communications. For seven years, she worked in career services at Marian University, where she first discovered her interest in employment practices that invite and support a diverse workforce.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Marian University and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Design from University of Indianapolis.

Outside of her time at the office, Hannah enjoys walking her dog, watching Ted Lasso, and giving endless pep talks about work-life harmony and self care.
