State Park Passes
Health & Well-Being
Foster Families and Older Foster Youth in Indiana who are eligible to receive annual state park passes to access Indiana DNR properties at no cost.
Older Foster Youth and Foster Family Park Passes must be ordered in advance and can not be accessed at DNR properties.

Older Foster Youth
To access the Older Foster Youth Park Passes, young people must meet the following eligibility requirements.

Have spent at least one day in the Indiana foster care system on or after their 14th birthday

At least sixteen (16) years of age and no older than twenty-two (22) years of age
-
Meets 1 of the following criteria:

Is adjudicated a child in need of services (CHINS),
-
An older youth in the DCS collaborative care extended foster care program, or
-
A participant in voluntary older youth services
