  • Participants will complete Strategic Sharing training including risks and rewards of sharing and the three C’s strategy for strategic sharing.
  • Participants will gain an understanding of how to be an effective worker.
  • Participants will learn the basics of professionalism in child welfare spaces including the courtroom.
  • Participants will develop their personal areas of interest and explore their own areas of strength.
  • Participants will be introduced to a cohort of peers who they will work alongside over the course of a year+.

If you are an OYS/IL provider or an adult support bringing a young person you are welcome to stay but you cannot participate in the training. There is a registration ticket for you.
