Indiana Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program
There is additional Indiana Education and Training Voucher (ETV) funding available to help those who have lived in foster care return to or stay in a post-secondary school (college) or training program.
The maximum award amount has been increased from $5,000 up to $12,000 per academic school year for training and postsecondary education for eligible students. This provision expires September 30th, 2022.
Any financial needs beyond that may be requested by submitting an application on the Indiana ETV website.

All Educational Success Programs

The ETV program helps teens and young adults go to college or complete a training program. The ETV Program currently offers additional benefits during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Dorm Funding
Students in a university or college and currently in Collaborative Care (CC) are eligible for housing per diem.
College Student Support
Foster Success provides assistance and support to help college students reach their goals.
Catalyst Summer Bridge
The Catalyst Summer Bridge Program is a six-week experience for those who have experienced foster care to explore college life and earn college credit!
