Pandemic relief
This assistance is available to young people until the day before their 27th birthday. Act now! These funds are only available through September 30th.

Available assistance includes:

Stimulus
Most young people aged 18-26 are eligible for a $700 stimulus check and $100 per month thru September 30.

Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program
Eligible participants received a one-time additional $500. Any financial support beyond that can be requested through an application on the Indiana ETV website. Pandemic ETV Funds must be used to remove barriers for you to return to/stay in an approved college or training program and it is available until September 30th, 2022.

Collaborative Care
Youth are eligible to remain in or re-enter foster care through the Collaborative Care program. This includes youth over the age of 21. Voluntary IL Services are available to youth until the day before their 27th birthday (formerly 23).

Transportation Assistance
Transportation assistance provided for each eligible young person shall not exceed $4,000 per state fiscal year, per young person. Funds may be used to provide driving transportation assistance to young people who are 16 years up to 26 years of age with costs related to obtaining a driver license and driving lawfully in Indiana.

Pandemic Material Relief Funding
These can be requested through your Older Youth Services (OYS) Provider and then submitted to your 3CM (Collaborative Care Case Manager) and 3CM Supervisor for approval:
- Living Expenses: Room and Board, groceries, grocery or meal delivery,
utilities, back payments and fees. - Technological Tools: Cell phones, tablets, laptops, internet service, cell phone plans.
- Medical Expenses: Medical bills not already covered by Medicaid. Provide respite care services and additional support for parenting or pregnant youth.
How do I get assistance?
For ETV Pandemic Relief Funds, go to www.indianaetv.org to complete an ETV application.
For funds other than the ETV Pandemic Relief Funds, your request must be reviewed and approved by your Older Youth Services (OYS) Provider. Reach out to your Independent Living Specialist and they should be able to walk you through the steps.
