Lauren Smith

Lauren is a marketing strategist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience helping brands build strong identities, drive growth, and adapt to changing markets. She is founder of Earthlight.eco, an SBA-certified, woman-owned business offering eco-friendly event badges and lanyard rentals, corporate gifts and ESG consulting services to help organizations take practical steps toward sustainability. Earthlight was spurred by her passion project and sister ecommerce site, www.SustainableTravelAndLiving.com.

Most recently her career spans global leadership roles in the travel industry, plus a decade of marketing and operations consulting through her own entity Lamplight Strategies, including interim leadership at the Jane Pauley Community Health Center, where she helped launch its philanthropic foundation.

Lauren holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA from Purdue University.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world—with over 50 countries and seven continents visited, doing yoga and chasing around her two lively Jack Russell Terriers.
