Program Coordinator – Basic Needs

Salary: $44,000

As part of the Foster Success team, the Program Coordinator advances the organization’s mission by ensuring teens and

young adults have access to a continuum of programs and resources as they transition out of foster care. The

coordinator serves as the point of contact for young people seeking support and resource connections and works with

the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to ensure the smooth functioning of program operations and activities

including but not limited to the Basic Needs program, Mental Health Acceptance Promotion & Support program and

Basic Needs Hygiene Pantry. This position is responsible for connecting participants to a spectrum of resources,

knowledge, and skills that enhance their overall well-being. The Coordinator will support in cultivating a culture of well-

being across Foster Success’ impact areas among our mission population.

 

The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Program Delivery.

This position will begin full-time, in-office (based in Indianapolis), and will have an opportunity to become a hybrid or

fully remote position after onboarding.

 

Program Coordinator – Credit Build

Salary: $44,000

As part of the Foster Success team, the Program Coordinator advances the organization’s mission by ensuring teens and

young adults have access to a continuum of programs and resources as they transition out of foster care. Working in

close partnership with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery, the Program Coordinator helps ensure that Foster

Success’s programs are delivered with care, consistency, and equity. The role centers on building relationships with

participants, reducing barriers to access, and coordinating day-to-day program activities that promote financial well-

being, personal stability, and overall wellness. Through this work, the Program Coordinator contributes to a culture of

belonging and well-being across Foster Success’s impact areas and helps young people build the knowledge, confidence,

and resources they need to thrive beyond foster care.

 

The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Program Delivery.

Education Coordinator – St. Louis Based

Salary: $46,000

As part of the Foster Success team, the Education Coordinator advances the organization’s mission by ensuring students are heard, supported, and empowered through access to educational programs and resources. This position will advance the organization’s mission by ensuring teens and young adults who have experienced foster care have access to the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) information, funding, and educational success coaching in Missouri.

The Education Coordinator will provide direct support to students who have experienced foster care in Missouri. This individual will support ETV recipients attending postsecondary institutions in Eastern or Western Missouri as well as those attending postsecondary institutions located out of state. The Education Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Director of Education to deliver the ETV/college success coaching and act as a resource for students.

The Education Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Education.

This position requires a connection with and travel to Eastern Missouri or Western Missouri. While not required, individuals who reside in the St. Louis area will be given preference. The region assigned to this individual will be determined based on the location where the successful applicant resides.
