Claudine Eskonen joins Foster Success as the Assistant Director of Development. She will work with the Chief Development & Communications Officer and his team to advance the organization’s mission of supporting the successful transition of teens and young adults from foster care into adulthood by ensuring the organization achieves its plans for growth through its annual fund efforts. She is thrilled to be able to support an organization that cares so deeply about empowering teens & young adults.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Claudine studied sociology and criminal justice at Western Michigan University, and earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Vermont. She brings a wide range of work and life experience to this role. Most recently, for the last 6 years, she has supported a local real estate team as their Marketing Director. When she learned about the opportunity to join Foster Success in this role, she saw a chance to combine her background in social work, fundraising, and marketing to be of service and make a difference.
When she’s not working, Claudine can be found spending time with her family (and two cats), practicing yoga & breathwork, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, taking time for self-care such as meditation, Reiki, or EFT tapping, or volunteering with other members of the Zeta Sigma chapter of Tri Kappa.
