She has spent her entire professional career working within the child welfare systems of Indiana. From mothers and babies to teens and non-traditional families, the guidepost of her work is celebrating and uplifting the strengths and voices of youth and families.

Angel was born in rural southern Indiana and holds a special interest in expanding resources to rural communities. She is a lover of cats, horror movies, and rainy days!
