Adam serves as Database Manager at Foster Success. He studied Psychology at Indiana University. After graduating, Adam put his original plans to become a marriage and family counselor on hold and moved to Beijing, China to work as an English teacher in an international school.
Eventually, Adam made his way to Boston, where he pursued a lifelong passion and learned to roast coffee. He connected with his future business partner there, and they moved to Indianapolis in 2016 to open their own roasting operation, Circadian Coffee. After six great years, they closed the business to pursue other interests, and he began working toward a technical certificate in Data Analytics from Ivy Tech Community College.
As a member of the Foster Success team, Adam hopes to use his skills to better streamline systems so his team can continuously devote more time to helping teens and young adults in foster care realize their full potential.
Adam lives in Irvington with his wife and two rescue pets. Outside of work you can usually find him cooking, attending concerts, and of course, still obsessing over coffee.
