Rachel is a Senior Director of Association Management at The Corydon Group, which is an independent public affairs firm in Indianapolis. In that role, she provides Association Management services and lobbying support to the firm’s clientele, as well as strategic direction and administrative support as part of the firm’s management team.
Rachel is a former legislative staffer of the Indiana General Assembly where she worked for eight years. She transitioned to the private sector by joining the Indiana Cable Telecommunications Association where she lobbied on behalf of the cable industry and managed the association’s financials, membership, event planning and fundraising. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Political Science.
In addition to Foster Success, she has held various volunteer positions over the past decade, including as a Director on the Parks and Recreation Board for the Town of Speedway, Indiana, and on committees for The Children’s Bureau and the Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE). She is also a member of the Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana (GASI).
Rachel is the proud parent of two daughters and one son, ages 18-12. She and her husband Chris live in Indianapolis and enjoy travel, reading and politics.
