Megan Trible joined Foster Success in March 2019 as Assistant Director of Programs and ETV Specialist in Central and Southern Indiana. Megan has also assisted in Foster Success’ financial literacy programs, specifically Opportunity Passport™. Megan was promoted to Director of Youth Engagement in September 2020. Megan has worked within the child welfare system as a service provider for over 15 years and has management experience in residential treatment centers, group homes, community based services, and older youth services. Megan is passionate about developing and directing programs that are data driven, tailored to the needs of the youth, and are constantly evolving.
Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2003. In 2008, Megan earned her Masters in Social Work from IUPUI and currently holds a License in Clinical Social Work. Megan was also part of the 2015/2016 IARCA Institute for Excellence Leadership Program at Butler University. Megan recently earned her Level II certificate in the Fostering Success Coaching Model and is trained in Trauma Informed Care, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Motivational Interviewing.
Megan believes empowering youth to have a voice in decisions that affect their lives and futures is of utmost importance. Megan is a passionate advocate for older youth in foster care and works to help youth realize their full potential, form their own identity, and break free of the stigma of foster care.
