Create Your Lasting Legacy by joining the Now & Forever Planned Giving Society

Leaving a legacy is easier than you think. Planned gifts made to Foster Success offer a perfect way for you to leave a legacy to support the future of its programs and the teens and young adults we support.

Making Gifts in Your Will:

Your attorney can help you include a bequest to Foster Success in your estate plan. For the Declaration of Intent, click here!

Estate Planning:

In its simplest terms, estate planning is the process of taking control of your assets. An estate plan is a set of instructions that clearly spells out the way property should be managed during life and distributed at death. For sample language to bring to your attorney click here.

IRA Charitable Rollover:

A qualified charitable distribution from an IRA is a well-established and popular way to give. If you are 70½ or older, this option allows you to make a charitable gift and satisfy your annual required minimum distribution without paying taxes.

Charitable Gift Annuities:

We pay you fixed payments for life and the remainder supports Foster Success upon your death. You receive an income tax deduction when the annuity is established, and your future gift supports our children’s mission.

Charitable Remainder Trusts:

Is another option is to transfer money or property to a trust. This removes the property from your estate and allows you to enjoy an immediate income tax deduction if you itemize.

Gifts of Real Estate:

Consider how donating real estate can create tax savings and make an important difference to youth.

To learn more about any of these planned gift options please contact Travis D. Tester, Chief Development & Communications Officer at 317-917-8940 or travis@fostersuccess.org.
