10 e-learning modules designed to help you “Bring Your A-Game Anywhere” will help you get there!
Register and complete all 10 modules
Now open to any young person age 16+ who has spent at least 1 day in foster care on or after the age of 14. Youth must enroll themselves. Each module can be completed in about 20-30 minutes. Do them in small chunks or big ones at your pace over 5 days.
Take the exam
Earn your Certificate of Work Ethic Proficiency by taking the exam after completing all 10 modules. Use the certificate on your resume and as a topic in your next interview.
Participate in a virtual group session
After the exam, participate in a virtual group discussion to review work ethic and additional pre-employment skills needed to secure and keep a job.
Earn confidence and a $50 stipend
You’ll earn a $50 stipend payable via PayPal or as an Amazon or e-gift card for completing all modules, exam, and group session. Plus, you’ll get the confidence to level up at your next interview.

An intro to the research around work ethic and the 7 foundational workplace skills.
Make the Choice
Showcases the impact of these workplace skills and the need for each participant to take ownership of them.
The expectations and actions you can take to demonstrate workplace skills. Learn about attitude, attendance, appearance, and ambition.
Module 7-10 + exam
Finish up modules 7-9, including accountability, acceptance, and appreciation. Then put it all together with an action plan and brief exam.
Online Group Session
Finish with a 90-minute group session via Zoom. Each course offering has a unique session time. Check the schedule.

July 6-10 Virtual REV
Session 1 starts July 6 and ends July 10 with a 90-minute virtual group session from 10-11:30 am on Friday, July 10. You’ll review the course and learn more tips and tricks to prepare for your job interview. Instructed by Ebony Joyce and limited to 15 people.
July 13-17 Virtual REV
Session 2 starts July 13 and ends July 17 with a 90-minute virtual group session from 1-2:30 pm on Friday, July 17. You’ll review the course and learn more tips and tricks to prepare for your job interview. Instructed by Ebony Joyce and limited to 15 people.
July 20-24 Virtual REV
Session 3 starts July 20 and ends July 24 with a 90-minute virtual group session from 3-4:30 pm on Friday, July 24. You’ll review the course and learn more tips and tricks to prepare for your job interview. Instructed by Ebony Joyce and limited to 15 people.
Participants will have 5 days to complete all the modules and take their Work Ethic Efficiency Exam. On the 5th day (Friday) participants are required to attend the interview prep session to complete the entire program.
