Erin Brothers
Erin Brothers is Director of HR at Automatic Pool Covers. She has 20 years of progressive human resources and people management experience across industries including health care, manufacturing, nonprofit, and consulting. She has enjoyed the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function, from small single-owner companies to large corporations.
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Butler University. She went on to earn her MPA from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a focus on Human Resources.
In addition to Foster Success, Erin is a board member for the Carmel Library Foundation. She has been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and IndySHRM for 16 years, and has served in various roles in the state and local chapter including Vice President of Programs, Diversity and Inclusion Director, and Networking Chairman. She was named one of Indy’s Most Pivotal Leaders in 2019.
